We are ready and able to provide the following tangible expressions of care under the leadership of our Care Pastor – Carolyn Petkau & the Riverwood Care & Prayer Teams.
Prayer
Along with our pastors, we have a team of people committed to praying for our church community. See the prayer tab to submit a prayer request.
Meals
If you are experiencing a crisis due to the loss of an immediate family member; have a member of their household in hospital; or are recovering from surgery or treatments, our Meals Team is able to provide a few meals for you / your family during this time.
Elder Prayer
Our Riverwood Elders are available to pray with those experiencing health issues.
Hospital Visits /
Home Visits
A Pastor or Care Team Member are able to visit & pray with you or your loved one in the hospital or recovering at home.

Pastoral Support
Our pastors are available to listen, give biblical counsel, and pray with any individual, couple, or family in a difficult life circumstance.

One of our pastors, or Care Team Members would be glad to call you to talk & pray with you over the phone.

Marriage Struggles
We are able to meet with you to offer pastoral guidance and support, or provide some recommendations for Christian Counsellors in Winnipeg.

We are here to help care for our congregation. Each person is trained and available to do hospital visits, or home visits; providing in-person prayer and encouragement.
